EMDR Intensives for Frontline Professionals
When You’re Ready for Real Change — Fast
Frontline professionals are used to getting the job done — calmly, efficiently, and with purpose. But when it comes to your own healing, the traditional once-a-week therapy model can feel too slow for the pace of your life.
That’s why EMDR Intensives work so well for first responders, medical staff, and others on the frontlines of service. These Intensives are structured to help you move through what’s stuck — and find relief — in a focused, accelerated way.
Why an EMDR Intensive Might Be Right for You
An EMDR Intensive is designed for people who are ready to make progress quickly. Whether you’ve been carrying years of cumulative stress or are struggling after one specific incident, this approach allows your mind and body to process the experience safely and effectively — without having to wait months for relief.
Clients often choose Intensives because they:
Prefer privacy and efficiency
Want to feel better without extending therapy over many months
Have demanding schedules and need results that fit real life
Are ready to resolve intrusive memories or chronic stress that just won’t let up
Healing doesn’t have to take forever — and you don’t have to keep pushing through pain to prove your strength.
What Makes an EMDR Intensive Different
Unlike traditional therapy, EMDR Intensives offer concentrated time to focus solely on your healing. Instead of short weekly sessions, we meet for extended blocks that allow your nervous system to settle and reprocess without interruption.
You’ll have:
A clear plan tailored to your goals
Structured support before, during, and after your Intensive
Tools to help you maintain and deepen your progress
Most clients describe feeling lighter, clearer, and calmer — often noticing that the “edge” around distressing memories is gone, replaced by steadiness and peace.
Your Intensive Includes
Pre-Intensive Consultation – We’ll identify your goals, review your history, and confirm that an Intensive is the right fit.
Customized List of Events – Based on your career specifically for you to prepare, process, and integrate your EMDR Intensive.
Targeted EMDR Sessions – 3-hour daily blocks focused on reprocessing trauma or stress patterns that interfere with daily life.
Follow-Up Session – To support integration and reinforce your gains.

Building Resilience That Lasts
Every EMDR Intensive is more than trauma processing — it’s an opportunity to reconnect with your identity, purpose, and strength. As part of your Intensive experience, you’ll also receive guidance drawn from my Living Your Resilient Identity and Holding On to Happy programs. These elements are designed to help you not only recover from what’s happened but also build a sustainable foundation for long-term emotional health and resilience — at work, at home, and within yourself.
Investing in Your Well-Being
Your agency, foundation, EAP, or workers’ compensation may assist with coverage. We’ll explore those options together to make the process as accessible as possible.
Take the Next Step
If you’re ready to move from carrying it all to finally letting it go — EMDR Intensives can help.
